Privacy Policy: how do we collect and use personal data? 

Why do we need your personal data?
We only collect and use your personal data for the purpose for which you provided them, such as requesting information, making a reservation and communicating about your stay in our B&B. We request your name and the names of your fellow traveler(s), your address, e-mail address and (mobile)phone number so that we can contact you at all times regarding your stay in our B&B. We also request you to inform us of any details which might be useful for us to know (e.g. dietary requirements) and which may affect your stay in our B&B. If you do not wish to provide the above-mentioned personal data to us, it would not be possible unfortunately for you to stay in our B&B. Information that you enter on the contact form of will be sent encrypted to us. Our response to this, via email, won’t be encrypted. 

Storage of personal data
Reservation requests via or and reservations via e-mail, telephone or otherwise, are digitally stored by us in the database of Please read the privacy statement of for more information. When booking via, or related websites, your data will be stored digitally in the database of relevant websites. All reservations, including the personal details of our guests, are only printed out once and archived. We store your personal data carefully and not longer than necessary. This term dependents on legal storage periods that we are obliged to follow, among others in connection with the declarations of tourist, turnover and income tax. After the mandatory storage periods have expired, your data will always be permanently destroyed (digitally and physically) and, when possible already before that expiration date. 

External platforms
For our services we use booking sites such as,, and websites related to them. We also use social media and external platforms, such as Facebook and WhatsApp. We have no influence in the way these websites and platforms deal with information the way they exchange it, we do not take any responsibility for this. We therefore advise you to consult the privacy statements of those relevant websites and platforms.

Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data on request. You can submit this request via the contact page on . If you have a question or a complaint about the way we deal/have dealt with your personal data, you can make also make this known via the contact page. You also have the right to submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority
